We are thrilled to share that Dr. Sam Young Yun, Chief Doctor of First Eye Center, recently represented our clinic at the prestigious "Korea Medical Excellence" health seminar, held from May 1st to 4th in Los Angeles, USA.

This special event was organized with a heartfelt purpose,  to bring trusted, specialized medical information directly to the Korean American community, many of whom face significant challenges when it comes to accessing quality healthcare. Language barriers, unfamiliarity with the local medical system, and limited access to Korean-speaking specialists can make it difficult for many to receive the care and information they deserve. This seminar was a meaningful step toward bridging that gap.

During the event, Dr. Yun shared in-depth knowledge on ophthalmology and eye health, covering a range of topics designed to help attendees better understand common eye conditions, prevention, and treatment options. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, answer questions, and provide guidance in a welcoming and comfortable setting.

The seminar also received widespread recognition, earning a feature on SBS News - a testament to the importance and impact of this initiative. 👍
